World of Warcraft® Subscription pending

Hello.

I’ve renewed my subscription today, but the order say in pending state and my account is frozen.

Should I try buying new Subscription or wait for this order to be completed?

If your payment appears as pending in your order history, then you should be able to log in into the game normally (although some of the starter restrictions will remail, mainly social and trade limitations), and you should simply wait:

While the payment can fail after reaching this point, it’s really uncommon.

If you don’t see the order there at all though, it means that the payment already failed. You can try to remove and add the payment profile in your account again, as this resolves most payment issues:

If this doesn’t work, or you get an error when trying to save your payment method, then you’ll have to check with your bank, as they may be rejecting the payment (usually for security reasons).

I’ve re-added my payment method and the pending order was automatically removed.

I added again my payment method and the new purchase was successful.
