There is no world pvp on pvp realms. I know about the 99/1 % population problem. But its 2022 and they have to do something about it. Blizz always talking about ‘‘CLASSIC EXPERIECE’’ removing features like df, qhelper, numeric hp values from enemy player nameplates… and other thing too… But they dont care about world pvp witch is a MAJOR part of the game on PVP realms? I dont care how, but they have to solve it, if they really care about the ‘‘classic experience’’.

Well, they could enforce FFA wPvP on monofactional servers…
World PvP died around the same time as it did originally as it did with classic. With cross realm BGs.

It’s near impossible to fix, and the playerbase has a huge part in this mess. People cry about servers and ask for server transfers. Blizzard gives them server transfers, and they all transfer to the strong faction. The weaker faction also server transfers to a different server where they as well join the strong faction. Etc, etc, etc and you end up with 99/1% servers. They can’t merge them because then everybody will cry about queue times again.
It does not matter what they do, it’s a battle they can’t win.

When people think about the ‘good times’ of World PvP they refer to the very beginning of Vanilla WoW, and the reliving of it through the first stage of Classic WoW,
However its short lived, all expansions after are focused more on PvE content, and PVP becomes cross realm content. BGs, Arenas, Cross Server Wintergrasp(incoming), WorldPvP becomes pointless sadly

Then make cross realm with layers, ik big classic no change funboys dosent like the idea but i dont really care if it can bring back some good world pvp…

The issue is you don’t get anything out of World PVP anymore unlike Vanilla, so whats the point
This is just like any retail complaint thread that’s been going on for the last 10 years+ complaining and reminiscing of the “good old days” when world PvP gave you titles and gear
They do get something from world PVP. They get a hard on from ganking lowbies

Wpvp is for bad pvpers who want to gank when others arent prepared. Arena and bgs offer equal ground.

i world pvp while level and i delet many priests LOL
??? Dude, I do more world pvp than actually killing mobs while lvling on the fresh server, we had to kill 25-30 players just to get into BRD last night, the world pvp is very much alive, haven`t had this much fun since vanilla

Sure there are always some idiots, but isnt it good if u can wipe them out? Or when someone trying to kill u and u can handle it?
Yes killing people in the world is fun.
But lack of reward is the main issue. World PvP provides nothing in terms of actual content progression.
EDIT: I don’t really care about wPvP, but the point is there is nothing coming like original classic provides. Which has been the issue with World PvP, and why everyone hated Warmode on Retail because it still didn’t really provide anything that significant.

Nothing whatsoever. I have had days of fun doing it.
For me its more like farming the campers. And enjoy the feeling when someone trying to kill me when im doing something and i can handle it cuz im a better player.
