World PVP (raid groups)

I’ve recently just started trying to get into PVP after playing since the start of TBC. I’m terrible at it and always have been but I’ve never really put effort into learning until now.

This isn’t me complaining but more of me asking people who enjoy pvp a question. I’ve noticed world pvp just consists of people making raid groups to kill small groups of the other faction, I’ve barely encountered epic 1v1 encounters and ways to try learn to pvp in the open world. I would have expected Blizzard to try restrict raid groups from gaining credit for weeklys/supply drops.

The point of my thread is more wondering if this has sucked the fun out of enjoying world pvp for anyone else, or is it just me?

This isn’t a “QQ I died from a raid group thread” as I’m also not enjoying doing it to others. it feels pointless to me. Maybe it’s just not for me. It feels like world pvp is like making a raid group to kill a level 1 rat in dalaran sewers with no epic battle feeling to it.
