Take portal to Nazjatar , Massive lagg can’t move , loosing health fast and dying in 5 seconds then DC .

Could be worse.
I highly recommend playing in the morning and early afternoon if it suits your schedule. Less people online so less lag and less often getting suprised by well-geared enemies. I prefer to be off-Warmode in the evening and quest, explore or do professions casually. Despite the lag and other hickupps I think the Warmode was a good change since previously if someone started a character on a PvP server and after a few weeks they felt it was a bad idea the only way around the problem was to level up a new character on a PvE server or to do a paid server transfer.
I would though like to see additional phasing so characters who are still levelling up and max-level characters would be separated from each other when outside of larger settlements and cities by default.
Check the requirements for Pathfinder Battle for Azeroth part 1 and 2 so you can unlock flying at max level.
War mode was the biggest letdown in BfA honestly. It was a big selling point but implemented in a really 
way
