So as of BFA the world quest addon we all love turned insanely retarded. Is there an addon that doesn´t force you to manually type in the ID number for each WQ every time?
I can’t help wondering why there is a need for an add-on to do World Quests, when the ones that require you to use a Group have a switch attached to them to open Premade…

You possibly would know if you disabled addons to confirm.

Yes; it may depend on how much add-on code you have running, but if a WQ needs you to be in a Group, there’s a green eye icon at the end of the Quest title, similar to the one that is in the UI to open Group Finder/RDF, etc.
I’m pretty certain the add-on in question is the one that Blizzard broke back in Legion when they made changes to how Group Finding automation was being hijacked.
Yeah I don´t have access to WoW atm, so I wouldn´t ask if I could turn it off lol. I think it´s called world quest helper. The first that came in legion.
If it’s WQGF, then Blizzard broke it on purpose… it was used by Realm hoppers - who had no intention of doing the WQ they applied to - as a hijacker to get better access to gathering material farming.
WQ Group Finder is just another one of the very cool addons that stopped working in BfA. Why Blizzard did this, I have no idea.
I really miss WQ Group Finder and I also miss the NPC Scan Overlay that use to show you the location of rare mobs on mini map. I know you had to run and old version (7.1.0.1) to see the rare mobs in the old zones, but it made tracking down stuff a lot easier.
