World quest didn’t reward Fractured Spark of Omens

I completed the world quest this morning after reset but I did not receive the Fractured Spark of Omens. I got the Pinnacle Chest, but no spark. I also did the other weekly quests and some bosses in LFR and it still does not drop. Please help. Character Morehotz - Silvermoon.
PS: I have also double checked my eligibility using /run a=C_CurrencyInfo.GetCurrencyInfo(3023) print(“You have earned " … a.totalEarned … " of " … a.maxQuantity … " possible Fractured Spark of Omens”) and I am eligible for a spark

I have the same problem. Customer service tells me that they can’t help. Really great support! We’ll probably have to wait until the next ID reset to be able to drop the Spark. It’s just ridiculous that support apparently can’t help here!

I had the same problem but I just received my spark from the Sparks of War: The Ringing Deeps quest. You can collect disturbed earth and do WQ’s in the zone for fast completion.

also same problem completed everything i can even pvp quests and no Spark this week.
