this quest needs sorting, the spawn of the crates is ridiculous, and when one does spawn once a person as looted it, it instantly dissapears, been on this quest now for 40 minutes and only managed to get 3 out of 8 tools so far.

Agreed. This world quest even on a slow time is really difficult to complete as was reported in the beta forums and now live.
