On my alt character leveling through sidequests and worldquests, so far most world quests I’ve had no problems but Tranquil pools isn’t completing for me.
I’ve tried relog and rentering the zone.

I’ve got exactly the same issue on my monk alt - the tick goes green on the quest text as if I’ve completed the objective, but sits there and doesn’t complete. i tried resetting my UI and ran with no addons. same problem
Same issue. I tried relog, reentering zone — no result.

Searched multiple places for a fix and found it on Wowhead.
If the bonus objective gets stuck at 100% without rewarding anything, logout of your character (waiting the full 20 seconds) and log back in - Objective should complete instantly.

We’ve seen reports of this and it’s being looked into, however as others have mentioned, usually relogging will flag the objective as completed.

OK, I have the same issue and have re-logged, full exit of game, full restart of computer and still not complete. Whenever I enter the Bonus Quest Zone the Bonus objective comes up with the tick for complete, bit it still does not complete!
Interestingly, when I relog, the first sound I get is the sound of a “quest Failed” and the text in the chat window is Tranquil Pools Failed , despite their being a tick next to the objective.
This is with all addons disabled, everything reset and relogged and restarted.
So what next?
This still was broken at 2nd March 2021, I tried leaving area, zone, deleting the quest item in bag (so it deletes quest too), logging out over night, even waited till after weekly reset, still didn’t work.
I followed the guidelines at Bonus Objective Doesn’t Complete - Tranquil Pools - Blizzard Support (battle.net) , to rename those 3 folders and still didn’t work (this will remove all your addons and replay cinematics when you start up wow, it also creates a fresh WTF, Interface and Cache folder). ** Make sure you rename and not delete the original folders so you can restore your addons etc.**
I finally got it working by deleting the new folders it created and renaming the 3 old folders back to what the were. I logged back in , was already stood in the area and it completed, also my addons returned as they were Maybe you can get it working sooner than me but this is what worked for me.
It happened to me a couple of days ago. Close down the game completely when you’re still in the quest area then start the game again and it should finish and the reward be in your bag. Or that’s how it worked with me the second time (the first I didn’t think that I’d need to be in the quest area though it’s obvious when I thought about it).
Still bugged, never gonna get fixed?
Probably a very very low priority for the development team because there are numerous work-arounds for it, see previous posters.

This is critical otherwise the relog doesn’t work.
Bugs like this are not a good look for the game though, and it is not like it is the only quest that requires some kind of ‘work around’ for it to work properly.
