World quests gone?

And those ppl need to get a grip on reality that they are playing a VIDEOGAME.

If something in a videogame feels like a chore, maybe it’s time to reconcider your relationship with videogames.

That would be true if WoW was a singleplayer game, but the truth always was that as soon as you tried to find a group everyone and their mom checks your gear, your achievement, your reputation and suddenly all the “optional” stuff becomes mandatory - even if it isn’t needed for content.

they were optional. The gear from Dailies or faction rep was useless.

As I say, if some people feel they need to log in daily to do them, that’s on them. But some people enjoyed doing them daily.

There’s absolutely nothing from rep that you absolutely must have, and they could just give gold.

Just give me something to frigging do.

It’s atrocious that anyone should be bored of the game less than a week in.

they forgot to boost the rewords 3X if they once 3rd day …

So, Blizzard found a compromise. They didn’t take them out the game but gave them 8 hours longer cooldown. Should be fine for the majority.

I personally prefer it this way. It was easy to get distracted by WQs and hardly ever get to do anything else for a while. You saw the reward, you saw you only had 2 hrs for a couple, 3 hours for another, 6 hrs for 3 more. Better get those done or I’m missing out! Won’t be able to get those rewards tomorrow.

Now, I can comfortably work on professions, exploration stuff, collectibles or alts at the start of an expansion.

But that’s just me.

No comprimise when you log in and there’s no World Quests to do.

Except it’s not, and they’ll find that out pretty quickly.

You’re literally arguing against giving people things to do.

yay can craft 1 peace of 385-405 gear a week so fun

And just because they play at a slower pace. So this literally has no effect on them since they’re not even max level currently. Actually lmao.

Says who? You? You are speaking for all of the community now?

I think I leave that circle of “no, i’m right, because” now. Have a nice day!

Shadowlands: “waa this is garbage we can’t keep up with everything to do”
Dragonflight: “waa this is garbage we need daily stuff to do”

I don’t mean trying to craft endgame gear. I just mean skilling them all up on main/alts and maybe gathering the stuff I need instead of burning a ton of gold.

So what’s wrong with giving people stuff to do?

Seriously. That’s what you’re arguing against. You WANT people to be bored, so you, who have no impulse control, don’t feel compelled to do something.

Sounds like a you problem. They shouldn’t be wanting bored people.

I am having fun playing 30-45mins a day.

Apparently it will. The thousands and thousands whining before. It’s a moronic change for you, but not for many others.

And they are now aswell. Just the frequency of them changed, the rewards are pretty much the same.

And that’s the whole point. Truth being though, if you have nothing to do besides wow, you must have a pretty sad life and I feel sorry for you. I’m happy that I can be good in the game without so much time spent, and still be a normal social human being.

I agree with you, without a doubt. I’m just the messenger. An amused messenger that is. It’s quite interesting - people begged and begged blizzard less wqs, less chores, less everything. Now we got this, and there are countless threads how people are bored and how there’s nothing to do. Interesting.

Thats good.

WoW has been always strived to be more accessible to players with a lot less time to play.

But it’s never been at the expense of players who want to do more.

I have plenty off time to play.
I just feel like there’s nothing to do once I get max level right now, therefor I am spending more time playing other games or generally doing other stuff.

The lack off content or perspective has brought (for me atleast) a change off mentallity.
For me it’s good, for Blizzard’s wallet probally not

Exactly, because the player base will eventually get bored and move onto something else.
