World quests - mob respawn

The respawn rate for mobs for world quests that require kills sucks. It doesn’t seem to be dynamic or respound to kill rates/number of players. For example “Claimed salvage” in the ringing deeps literally has about 3-4 minutes before spawns. Can this be addressed?
