same here. When trying to log in it stuck at 90% downloading screen and soon after that it says “world server down” and goes back to character selection screen.

There is actually a bold assumption in your reply, which is that at the end of the day this game can be played for free, so it is not a paid service and should not be treated as such.
What you are completely missing, is that the option of getting game time with gold is not making the game free. What really happens is that Blizzard is having greater profit from that feature, as the token needs to be bought with real money from the auction house too and there is a correlation with the gold price.
There are no public available statistics for this. However if this did not result into profit for Blizzard, it would not exist in the game. I can’t really see why the option of buying game time with gold makes concerns for game integrity irrelevant.
At the end of the day my initial comment was a report of the bug in a technical forum. Yours was “go walk the dog” . So I am not entirely sure why I am the one that is entitled to something.

I completely agree with this, but Blizzard as a service provider has never, in its entire miserable existence, compensated for anything.

This is a valid point. WoW tokens, whilst good for F2P players, make Blizzard a boat load of money.

If only they like had a server where they uploaded patches first to see if anything broke before releasing it to live servers. Oh well.

Nice usage of ruling technique there. Aren’t you being objective now are ya? I have not said that people are the problem, i’ve simply stated the fact that using energy on being mad at blizzard for things they are vastly known for being bad at is bad usage of time.
On the other hand, when i simply stay objective and use my freedom of speech, it seem to annoy the living hell out of you? If someone is to be characterized as narcissistic i would reconcider that statement. But modern society in a nutshell… Throwing psych diagnoses here and there just because someones opinion or statement do not fit under their acceptance. I enjoy chit chat, adult conversations and respect. Which you do not provide

I just checked - the realms “Norgannon” (where my toons are) and “Dun Morogh” are offline right now. Guess it is been worked at right now (or maybe angry turtle wow ddos’ers shut them down :D)
Honestly, don’t give the time of day to these trolls that came in declaring we were all being keyboard warriors whilst the only ones being keyboard warriors are themselves. Ignore them, don’t give them the attention they crave. No one has to answer to them.
