Started playing yesterday after 2 years and already regretting it

I get “Login for that race, class, or character is currently disabled.” on the character list screen. The list then shows first two characters repeatedly with gaps in between them displaying black tile with a text: 11.0.0 
This is something new, see it for the first time in 21 years of playing WoW
I have a character stuck in coreway. With luck I might log in, but I cant do anything.
No skills work. No mounts work. No areas load. I cant even log out so I have to alt+f4.
Please fix. thanks.
aaaahhhhh and I really wanted to play before I go on tour the rest of the month booo hooo 
eh eh eh they on vacation we are never gonna play till they fix the problematic patch formation…uhh too tired
I think it’s the server’s that host Khaz Algar, as I can log into low level characters not on Khaz Algar.

And then your whole second paragraph just screams of narcissistic “LALALAALANOTLISTENING just gonna blame it all on the other person because I’m perfect!” So yea, there’s that. Oh, and you have a weird problem with someone listing things using ordinal adverbs.
Anyways, not gonna entertain you any more. The fact of the matter is we were all here chilling and memeing and then you come in with your size 20s and RAAAR RAAAR RAAAR and try spoil the fun. So if you don’t like a bit of chit chat and mild aggro release, please jog on to another thread and leave us in peace. Or, you know, just jog on anyway.

I do think feeling entitled to a product just because you pay is quite silly. You made a choice to pay for a sub, nothing stopping you from cancelling your sub.
By the way, I highly recommend you go cancel your sub if the lack of communication pisses you off. Loss of profits is the only way to get Blizzard’s attention. I’ll be cancelling my sub if Blizzard continues to ignore this problem. Its been hours now, and still no word. Blizzard does not give a ****.

Well concidering they added the possibility to play the game for free by buying tokens, you kind of lose the availability to demand as you do now pay for the game by choice, not because you have to, to be able to use their service. As with IT and hospitals, the downtimes are not at all being accounted for by either giving us backup solutions or any other means. Myself i work in a hospital and if our vital IT systems go down, we rarely get a message before we actually call the provider of the service after of course waiting in line for around 20 min because all the other personel on the hospital also didnt get the information and therefore calls the customer support for an answer.
When it comes to power outage, this is reimburced by the state where i come from if crucial places like hospitals etc loses power and have to use backup generators not powered by electricity.
So if a water pumping station is down, this means the animals cant drink at all? I suppose it is too much to ask for people to have backup plans then? as in water towers for emergency situations?
It is realistic concidering this is not a crucial provided service, its for amusement. It is paid for BY CHOICE and therefore you arent really entitled to either refunds or demands. If you pay for the service, you are basically just paying for less time spent on the service as you just skip the small ammount of time needed to make it free to play. So if your logic is right, people should be rewarded for not putting in the work to make it better for their own economy??
All you get is a 4 hour long thread. But communication from blizzard? Zero

And just when I decide to take a day off to catch up with some achievements, Small Indie company strikes again!!!
So what do we ACTUALLY pay for??? Even free2play games offer better quality! So far, I have to pay monthly fee, then I have to pay for the expansions, then I have to pay for epic edition to have the housing decorations…
All of that… FOR WHAT??? Where are the on-duty admins?
