Yep this sucks.
3 hours and no word from Blizz…I would say that the company needs personnel changes and to start somewhere at the very top. This has no class.

This morning the loading screen has been stuck several times. Restarting sometimes helps. Annoying problem.
Are we not prepared?

Same for me here, stuck in endless loop “retrieving character list”.
I am on the “Norgannon” realm. The odd thing was when i switched servers (“Aegwynn” in that case, don’t have any characters there) i was able to see all my characters, but when i tried to log in on them it switched back to Norgannon automatically and teh loop started again.
So we’ll probably have to wait until it’s 9 a.m. in progressive California, someone comes to work and finds out what’s happening in Europe. That will be in about 11 hours.
