Explain why you won’t open free realm transfers away from the highest population servers. This is an extremely easy fix and will satisfy both customers that want to leave these affected realms and the ones that want to stay will also have a less busy realm to play on.
Is it just about money? Personally I will just stop playing this game before I give your company a further £171 just so that I can play the game I’m already paying you monthly to play.
The fix CAN NOT BE to simply reduce the amount of people allowed to play on the realm at any given time unless you open transfers away from these realms.

still getting “world server down” after a long loading screen. (ravencrest)
I get instance not found when i click on the helm in introduction, when i try to relog to my character it says that server is down. Tried it on 3 different realms ( 2 chars in draenor, 1 in tarren mill and another char in bronze dragonflight)

First of all, thank you for the post. At least somebody got the balls to kind of go out in front of the world and make a statement. Unfortunatelly, as always, pretty basic and simple one. I get it, it is not up to you, probably those are not even your own words, that is normal. I only have one question tho.
- You stated not once but couple of times in your post that you DO REALLY appreciate our patience and understandings…but frankly, it does not seem this way. I mean, you appreciate it, ok, so ? Do the players get anything from that appreciation ? No, NADA. What you do guys, is basically quickly put up some top-notched bull***** together to prevent some grandiouse issue from occuring, with which you cause 10 new smaller issues…this is not what we call appreciation…not even close…and again as i noted in many comments…1 small gesture of compensation- 1 funny pet, 1 title if you wish ( too bad for your devs that there is already a title in the game - “the patient”) will have such big effect on the players, i am not sure you even realise it…of course, it would not resolve their or your issues but at the end of the day, at least it would smoothen the situation. It’s such a shame to repeat so many times that you guys appreciate our patience but at the same time you prove that with nothing…and no…fixing the issues ASAP is not an act of proving appreciation…it is an act of saving your a*** from finally being sued for constantly not providing what you promote so hard and what people pay for. So, give people what they deserve finally…(P.S. I am not talking about me personally, i just feel bad for all the players who love the game as i do but are unable to enjoy it, especially the last couple of days, the poor guys from Draenor and Kazzak…trust me, if this was happening with my realm, you would have made rich as hell)…appreciation, appreciation…

Last night it got fixed for me , but now i have the same issue again ,on all chars in chamber of aspects , world server is down
oh, problems started in chamber of aspects now too, great, i was jus thinking to actually buy the game already… thank you blizz…just made my day wonderfull

Today is forth day that i cant play in a low populated realm “Bloodhoof”
I am wondering why this happened to this realm? I can enter a high population realm “Auchindoun”

Same problem here on Quel’Thalas-EU, ever since the expac got released. Every time I try to log in I get stuck at loading screen and then the game kicks me out and says " World Server is Down" . On very rare occasions that I miraculously managed to log in, I couldn’t even go to Stormwind to start the quest since I kept getting the error “Transfer Aborted, Instance not found” . It’s been 5 days now. Hope it doesn’t go up to 50.

I’m from Emerald dream, a low population realm. but this still happens. some times I can enter the game but am unable to enter other zones or some part of a zone( either by teleport or just walking), which mostly are ones with more people in it like the maw or torgast.
I’ve been in contact with the support, and they still insist that the problem is from my end. either it is a program( which I uninstalled, or my modem firmware(which I updated before the launch), or addons I deleted.
and I have been using the same internet I’ve been using for the past two years (but I still used ywo other methods and networks to connect) and my computer is the same one I’ve been using for the past 6 month, and until one day before the xpac release I didn’t have a problem, right before they send an update.
after that this problem started, first it was just orgrimmar and Icecrown (now they are fixed, I think), and now it is shadowland.
it is clear to me this problem is from their servers. and there won’t be any compensation. for the time I lost, which I payed in advance, being left out by everyone, the gold I should be making. the gear I can’t get or my covenant.
The same for me.

- Monk: Couldn’t login UI, always ‘The world server is down’
- Pala: Login in UI, but I want to Lichking, start the quest to shadowland. But always fail, with error ‘transport absorted, the instance not found’
Charaster in Storm Scale(Bought one boost)
- Durid: Couldn’t login UI, always ‘The world server is down’
But the WOW support always feedback simply : resetting UI.
Well , feels bad to not being able to play in the afew days that i actually have time to play . Its still the same in chamber of aspect

same here from Stormscale : Transfer aborted instance not found so i just tried to relogged guess what happened !! ( World server is down ) for 4 days!!! i cant even get in game . after making 4 ticket and getting garbage answers like ( reboot you modem- change you connection - use VPN- or reinstall the game ) i just realized its not us ! its them and they are tying to buy some time with incorrect solutions .

Why dont you call them and give them your solution, since you mean its a simple problem? You must have all the answers then?

i have 2 characters in icecrown with bolvar, 1 of them in AhnQiraj and other one in Stormscale, cant log into either. It’s not about the realms, It’s a blizzard problem and they are trying to avoid it or something idk
