I have the same problem I cannot log in with my character. stuck within the frozen throne and shadowland on the loading screen and gave one Transfer Aborted then black screen then I alt and F4 ed. now I cannot log back in with my paladin it says World Server is down. disabled addons, deleted cache, deleted wtf and interface. nothing works.

You should have not deletede addons etc. Its on the server side. kekw

Why launch at 12am when there is no support available? basically, there are tons of customer support answer and fixing problems on the US side none at EU

I Cant Play the game myself and started to ticket on both side and guess what ? they are removed my ticket on US side and still dont respond on my EU side

What im supposed to do if i cant play the game about 15h ?!

I just debugged this issue myself. it seems u have restricted the several ranges of IPs while using ur portals or special events and areas. tried with VPN it worked.

what kind of resolve is that didn’t people also paid the same amount of money to play this game? why would they force players to use vpn ? why this issue wasn’t a thing before the lunch. what if i don’t want to use VPN should i forgot that i paid for the game and stop playing? it’s not addon issue or people’s fault it’s their server side. again no one had any issue prior to lunch

World server down on Kazzak, I guess we won’t be able to play the rest of the day. BLIZZARD FIX THIS. Give us free character transfers. This is unacceptable for paying customers.
