Again i and several others complain about spending 5 radiant shard and only recieving 35 coffer key shards from worlds soul undermine, and world boss not awarding either. And again blizzard dont do anyhting about it. Useless customer support!!
This event has a 5 mins timer… after 4 minutes u get an objective: kill a named mob (not rare). If this mob is still alive when the timer downs, u get only 20-40 key shards (depends on how many points collected).
If u kill this mob, then u will get the 5x multiplier.
So its not bug, u didnt complete the objective … It happened with me too ( especially when i was in a raid, many players, many mobs, etc).
It wasnt alive, others from grp got 175 shard but several also got 35.
It was. Some of your mobs spawned far from the raid. U killed lots of these mobs, but unfortunately some missed.
Not every mob spawn near the player… Lot of players → lot of these kind of mobs, some will spawn at the edge of the event
so which mob gives 140 coffer keys shard extra? So if i did with 1 radiant shard i would have gotten 6 shards for 500 points really?
