I just did a Worldsoul Memory with 5x Radiant Echoes (the one in Undermine) and got over 220 points but was only rewarded 28x Coffer Key Shards?
fact that my friend did that last night had 80 coffer key shards when he enter did use the 5 echoes and got well over 200 points and got 25 coffer key shards , so yea its broken i guess so i wont be doing them untill im sure that they fix it, but still feels like they are ignoring this issue
The bug has existed since season 1.
Randomly you only get the rewards for using one soul, even though you used 5 souls.

Happend to me again today. Did two Worldsoul Memories with 5x Radiant Echoes each, both with the score around 175. First one gave me 140x Coffer Key Shards, the second one only 27…
