Worldsoul Memory - Incorrect Rewards
After spending 5 fragments and achieving a roughly 900 score I only received 37 shards.
Is there a fix for this or an in game correction method? given that I can’t seem to raise a ticket?

I have had this same issue getting the incorrect rewards when using 5 radiant echo’s during the worldsoul event.

Same thing happened to me, it was a raid and we got over 1000 points, but everyone got only 39 fragments. Weird thing is, did the same thing a few days ago and it worked correctly then, around 500 points and it gave roughly 200 fragments.

Still an issue, just had it happen as well! 800 points and only 36 coffer key shards and 63 valorstones. Multiple people in the raid said the same thing happened for them.
Only Hallowfall ones are bugged this way
… and the fact that you don’t get it back is the biggest rip-off.
It still doesn’t work as it should. I used 5 radiant echoes a while ago, scored 1000+ points in raid group and got only 37 coffer key shards…
