Every time i check azkahet for the last q i need for this i see nothing? Is it a weekly rotation or do i just have to keep checking and hope it spawns
As far as I’m aware it’s a case of RNG and the WQ rotation.

if this is the WQ I think it is - then check WoWhead comment section - people still are huting and got some kind of math where it should pop out (like maybe not 1:1 day ratio but all in all it is accurate in terms of week range)
Are we talking a regular earth worm or a stomach worm?
My bet is that he’s a sandworm.
