You are getting wrong vibes due to casual mount farmes thinking ilvl 390 is great
This.
And that wasnât even âthe altsâ it was the extra stories and experiences you could get out of it. As soon as I had earned my class mount, the alt got basically retired and just did mission table farming from then on.
Iâm a main character type of player.
Imagine sitting in forums all day while being a wannabe hc player talking trash on every thread without discussing topics with a sense of superiority while being hardstuck as a rogue in 1.5k pvp after many years of playing. Like look at your posting history. Nobody cares about your rating, they want to talk about the topic
You are acting like an entitled elitist tryhard. 390 for alts as a jumping off point IS great. Itâs not supposed to be âthe endâ, itâs âthe startâ.
If you read the topic where I compare to BFA season4, which you played probably, you would understand my point. Dungeon loot is trash, hc raid loot has a larger gap to mythic raid than before, pvp gear for better or worse is not viable in pve; the greatest pvp player in the world is hardstuck with ilvl 408 gear in pve while being top1 in pvp
And itâs also the ONLY thing you have to worry about on an alt, if you want to use them for high end endgame activities. There is no extra borrowed power grind like there was in BfA. Or legendaries you need to have. Etc.
yes borrowed power grind was absolute horrendeous, which is why i specified season4 where the grind could be done at a comfortable level
Bored person on a fresh account trolling the forums. What a new experienceâŚ
We all know pugs generally invite a elevated ilevel over whats required to make up for lack of communication and average skill level.
So not much of a argument here.
My point however, wasnt that its super ilevel my point was: 400 ilevel on 12 characters for 3 days play a week, is imho, likely above what it should be.
Your feeling of entitlement is not a game design issue.
But heres the fact.
If i raided on each week with those chars, joined a guild for progression. My chars would be 415 by now lol.
So no, the reason my 12 chars are obly 400 is due to the lack of content i do, not because the time investment wasnt enough.
Funny how I showed OP that itâs possible to have multiple characters at ilvl 415+ and he completely ignored my reply, clearly doesnât seem interested in having his opinion changed and becomes toxic on top.
Okay, so youâd like gearing to be like it was in BfA s4. Fair enough. Noted.
But your claim that DF is âthe worst ALT expansionâ is just pure nonsense.
Because I didnt see as a prime example of having high geared alts with high professions.
How long would it take for you to gear up a dh, pally, druid, hunter, warr, mage, rogue, dk to 415 ? with decent professions so they are usable.
Also different gear for specs of course, you dont run with tank gear
Because thats what I had in bfa s4, and it is not about entitelment just difference of pace in gearing and proffs.
Like we had so much more gear in BFA s4 that mythic raiders were spamming dungeons for +leech gear
Think I am too these days.
Perhaps I enjoyed alts back when we had more zones and fewer alts. I had only a couple of high level end game types and another 3 or so lower level alts doing questing / exploring etc. But now we have 3 or 4 zones (instead of 10) and a dozen (or more) alts with all these allied races etc.
Professions I agree on - they are too much of a hassle, imo.
Gearing is fairly fast tho.
I donât feel like I have as big a hurdle to get over to play a 2nd toon as I have done in previous expansions recently; with the exception of professions which feels a heck lot more annoying now.
Sorry, but are you comparing yourself with others again? The only wannabe hc player here appears to be you judging from your achievements.
Whats there to discuss? The catchup is plenty. 5 crafted items for free which are upgradable to 418. The rest just through M+ to 415. Youre simply put wrong and as such your thread deserves no noteworthy attention.
Yes, clearly hardstuck if never even doing pvp for a noteworthy duration kekw.
Said the guy trying to shut people down for being âcasualâ.
Bro you are wasting your life, flagged as trolling anyway. Gl
Mind you; back in vanilla I had every class at max level, except for a druid. Somehow their gameplay was never something that I could enjoy for extended amounts of time.
But yeah⌠The game changed. I changed. Itâs all good.
This expansion is alt friendly, could you articulate why you think it isnât instead of getting into a wang waving competition?
Previously you had to do things like farm AP to unlock traits or fish for legendaries. All of that is now gone and you just need to get a bit of gear - which is easily done.
So why is it " Worst ALT expansion"? I donât get it.
Yeah that kinda loses its meaning with you posting:
Still waiting for you to explain how its the worst expansion for alts.
Professions is probably the only thing people are gonna agree with you, and even then itâs probably by design, since if people could max all professions in a reasonable time there wouldnât be much of a market for it as people would be self sustaining.
The only thing I can tell you if you want to get into PUGS is either get your score/logs to the point that you are desirable in those groups, or lead your own runs.
