Worth it yet?

What, who believes this?

You obviously do

I mean, it got us Classic if you look at it objectively. :joy:

I’m strictly doing this so I can go “I told you so” in a few months time.

Look - if Blizz launch RDF at ICC I’ll be telling you I told you so - you are not making a Cogent Point in any measure

Oh, so you’ll be cheering on their lies if they go back on their words?

Yeah, that doesn’t surprise me in the slightest.

Blizz just look at the numbers - its how they make money - if there is a tipping point where the FOR/AGAINST RDF leans towards FOR it will almost certainly be at the point it was originally in the game - and that’s ICC - if at that point polls suggest a drop in subscribers without then Blizz would implement it on the basis of no changes - if by that point folk have learnt to get along without RDF then Blizz will take a long term divergence and choose to keep it blocked.

It will always come down to the cash in their bank account

Where are these polls you hint at happening?

You do understand that companies look at the numbers and canvass opinion constantly for the purpose of continuous improvement.

Research groups, revenue streams etc.

They never use fan forums because the opinions on fan forums are always skewed, they never represent the majority view - they have to be more subtle - how do you think Facebook serves you adverts, or YouTube etc.

You have a lot to learn about modern marketing and once you have you will have a far better understanding of how Blizz decided to exclude RDF at this time

Sure.

Where?

I answered that question in the post you just paraphrased.

Stop being a child - ry growing up - and open your eyes to the really real world - that’s the one that doesn’t revolve around you and where the adults look at you with pity because you consider a tantrum on a Game forum to be the pinnacle of your daily activity even when you have been demonstrably been proven facile and deluded on multiple occasions.

Get over yourself

RDF exists in Retail - go enjoy - it does not exist in Classic at this time - live with it

Okay, so you think that Blizzard values trade chat feedback more than their own forums. Gotcha.

Been enjoying it, though its a shame naxx is just a little bit on the easy side

It’s easy in 2022 - it was a bit more challenging back in the day before there was a guide and a meta for everything on YouTube - still great fun though I agree

The loudest few would be the RDF crowd like you on this forum, the rest were playing the game, still amazing how you can flip facts on its head.

as opposed to? does lfd stop people from ninja looting or from ruining a run? no.

so it’s just you twisting a narrative to suit your narrative.

maybe you’re on a full server and a lackluster playerbase is not felt at all. which is really seflish of you. altho judging by the high-horse tone of your replies, i’m not surprised.

blizz either merges servers or implements lfd. in the 10-60 bracket we wait 3 hours for a group on mirage horde. if it wasn’t for the lvl 70 boost i would’ve never touched wotlk tbh.

you righteous fools being against lfd play right into blizzard’s tactic of extending play times, more money for them since we can’t level as fast so we stay subscribed for longer. they’re not doing it for your mental comfort, they’re doing it because it suits their business. you’re just the excuse for it.

You still skip those even without heirlooms. I typically do Hellfire, Zangarmarsh, Terrokar, Nagrand and maybe four or five quests in Blades Edge and then I’m level 70. And starting Northrend at 70 rather than 68 makes a lot of difference.

I do.
71-72 took 10 hours on my frost mage, rested, doing quests in Howling Fjord.
71-72 took 3 hours on my resto druid, rested, using LFG passively.
Didn’t manage any non-WLK since WLK started, so in two months. Sure I was only listed for a few hours (5-10) total, but still. I was focusing on questing, being out in the world. So each time I achieved the targeted level and then moved on.
(66-68 on hunter with SP/UB quest, 60-63 on blood tank DK with HCR quest, ~50 enha shaman)

I have several lvl 80 characters (none of which have had heirlooms) and I have barely been to Storm Peaks when hitting 80 on all of them. Same goes for lower lvl zones, where I out level each and every zone to the point where I’m doing green and even grey quests, because I just want to finish a damned chain quest for the heck of it.
Having leveled multiple characters to 60 during classic era, I also laugh when people say there weren’t enough quests to get you to 60, when I was sat with close to 50 quests available in the Plaguelands, Winterspring and Silithus. Probably several still in Felwood, Ungoro and Burning Steppes, too.

These people are just lazy.

I dont care if rdf ppl dont play, usually its the same ppl that hoard gear from guilds then quit the game until next phase and wonder why the guild dont still want them, just so they can play fall guys.
