My partner and I are considering moving to the server and starting up a new guild. It would be a semi-hardcore guild, clearing HC and moving through mythic at a natural pace. We haven’t decided on days yet, but times would 21:00 - 23:30 2 or possibly 3 days a week.
We have previous experience with both the running of a guild and mythic raiding, but we are struggling to find a suitable guild for the times we need so we thought We would make one. we also thought that a fresh start on a new server might be nice.
Would this type of guild with these raid times do well on this server?
Well good thing this is an active server. There are a few late night guilds around. I guess it’s not easy to find one yourself. But would you be able to find plenty of people for a decent roster. I believe that might be even harder.

Hey Guys Draenor is a real active server but there is alot of guilds recruiting so competition is fierce and can be a bit difficult and BFA has been a real guild and interest killer ive lost 20 peeps and 18 quit or stopped logging as much over this expansion and we are still active and raiding ive had the guild active for over 2 years and its had some rough times and nearly disband but im still going strong its alot of hard and constant work and im lucky to have a solid core grp of members and its tough id say give it try and worst case there are many guilds to choose from so you have freedom of choice really but if you guys are ever looking for give me a shout we have alot of couples who are part of TMF (The Many Few)(H) kind regards Phil Angelreeper BT(angelreeper#21136)

Move by all means but that amount of guilds already recruiting youd be best to just join one. Like us 
We are looking to continue Heroic progress for all tiers.
We also do M+ and some Pvp together would like to add you to our family We raid Wed/Sun 8pm server.
