Why is there no armory for classic realms? We have it for retail, why not for Wotlk?

Because they’re busy making mythic + and other ridiculous features / changes nobody asked for rather than making bug fixes which are making people quit and reviewing suggestions such as return the original divine storm animation, armory etc.
