Wotlk-classic-retail not launching not installing

Two days ago, I had some trouble launching Wow. I decided to uninstall the game, and now it is not letting me download or install the game again.

After trying every possible solution on the blizzard support webs or forums, I opened a ticket and spoke with two different game masters, where we tried everything again.

They said it was not a Blizzard problem; it might be my computer or my internet. I tried to reset the computer to its original settings (I do not really understand because there was no update and it worked fine for the last 3–4 years). I tried contacting the internet provider to reset everything (I have internet and I can play every single online game except WOW).

After all of this, last master game, tell me this is my problem since no one else is having this issue, but I see the forums full of people talking about the same.

Claim lost subscription days that you cannot enjoy playing, I have also had some experience with lag, loading screens that are longer than normal, spells that take twice as long to cast, and group finder loading without showing any players.
I hope it is resolved soon
