Title. I’d much prefer to have the older style UI that I have in Woltk, it just feels better and its easier to jump between wotlk classic/retail.
Is there a way to setup it in same way with the new UI without using addons?

You cant do it without addons. The bags and right corner icons cant be edited at all. So that’s a no. People are trying to make it look alike…but its not the same at all as in the old classic.
Hopefully the addon called ClassicUI will be up and running again in a few weeks. The person who made it is working on it. It will give you the old Wotlk style UI back. Look it up on Curseforge …its a great addon
