WotLK fire mage PvE questions

Hey guys, went back to my mage roots like in original WotLK, but I have a couple of questions I’m hoping somebody knows decisively:

  1. Should I always pop haste buffs (like engineering gloves) before putting up living bomb? Or is there a specific haste breakpoint id have to hit to get another tick to make it have any effect?
  2. Combustion on opener after scorch living bomb, or add fireballs to first generate procs (tailoring, 2set spellpower buff) before combusting?
  3. Should I use the i245 4set, or 2set i245 & 2set i225?
  4. Does anybody know how much critical hit I should aim for with molten armor up? As in, before raidbuffs?
