so before the patch the head enchants were battle.net wide so i would just send them to alts from my main, i bought one for an alt which is on a different account, and its changed to account wide, so now i have to farm rep on every one of my accounts, which is not the end of the world, just annoying,
was this announced?

It was account wide always, not battle.net wide.
I just sent heirlooms and Hodir enchant from one account to another - not a problem - both accounts are on the same battle.net.
Can’t you log in on both warcraft accounts and enchant it during a trade?
While we are in this discussion … any particular reason why WG pvp enchants shouldnt be bind to acc the same way reputation enchants ?

The wg enchants take 30 minutes to obtain on a fresh 80, vs the rep enchants that require you to farm the rep which i’m going to confidently say is going to take a lot longer.
You can literally just buy relics from AH and max hodir rep in 5 minutes …
Unless you do dungeons with WG buffs, you can buy 1 enchant per week with WG weekly quests …
There is absolutely no reason for PvP players to be screwed over again …
