Would Memory of Lucid Dreams have been the 'Dream' talent for MW?

BFA was to many a not so great expansion, but I feel Mistweaver Monks had a lot more breathing space mana wise making longer fights less of a drag with both playstyles. Going into Shadowlands only one playstyle (Fistweaver) was really viable as the other would be OOM after casting about anything 10 times and be practically useless the rest of the fight.

Looking at other classes that could sit back and cast something a hundred times (Holy Priest) and it barely putting a dent to their mana pool, with a generally speaking better toolkit outside of that just felt like a terrible experience.

This was made possible with the essence Memory of Lucid Dreams and the trinket Forbidden Obsidian Claw.

Do you think Memory of Lucid Dreams should have been a talent? Perhaps even a slightly weaker version of it to make both playstyles viable: Caster(Upwelling-focused) and fistweaver?

Considering we’ll be seeing some bosses with anti-melee mechanics in Dragonflight, having the ability to pump out more by hard casting without having to worry you can’t keep up mana wise when it gets a lot more intensive would be appreciated.
