Hey I need some advice/help my account has been banned and I can’t log in. when I open the link in game it says I have an email telling me the reason but I don’t have any emails and I have checked all the folders and I can’t find anything.
I have had this problem in the past where i don’t get emails from support before and no one seems to know why and my message just get auto mark as Resolved

They don’t deal with bans over the forum, and even discussing them on the forums, is against the forum rules.
The only way to discuss anything about a ban with Blizzard, is via a ticket.
Please do not post about account penalties on the forums.
I’m glad to see you were able to open an appeal ticket though, and I hope you hear back on it soon.
