I got a water flickering glitch. It seems it occurs when Graphics option Multithreading render is enabled and UI is visible.
If hide the UI (alt+z by default) or disable the option - bug is gone.
My hardware: Intel 13700K (E-cores are disabled), Nvidia 4070 ti super, video drivers are the most recent (572.47)
