You need to call Blizzard on their cellphone to get instructions in these quite advanced matters. Ask for Philip. Or Mathias. They usually know what they are doing.

On the US forums a pop up showed while people were in queue showing the transfer option. Idk when that’ll happen for us but I’m assuming it’ll be the same thing.

You need to first Delete all your characters so you can move them, if you have no characters to log in then the buttons shows up
