WOW Classic missing characters

Hello,

I haven’t played WOW classic in around a year or even more, didn’t even play in TBC.

Now I considered starting again but found that both my Mage and Paladin characters are gone.

I understand there was one or more server merges, the thing is I don’t even remeber what realm my characters were on.

The Paladin name was Stormblade, it was level around 52 I believe
The mage was only around 25 and I don’t remeber his name, the paladin is much more important.

I had some other characters as well, seems like for some reason a level 15 and level 9 survived, they now appear on Realm Dreadnaught PVP.
I tried hitting the “Restore Deleted Characters” on this realm and almost on any other realm but no luck.

Is there still a way to restore any of them?

You may need to create a ticket to check where your characters are on Classic.

Otherwise check Mograine/Hydraxian Waterlords for cloned toons they’re automatically moved into the merged realms. You may need to refresh the realmlist with a level 1 dummy toon.

Created a level 1 dummy toon and tried clicking “Restore Deleted Characters” on both Mograine and Hydraxian Waterlords with no luck.

I will now open a ticket as you suggested, hopefully at least my palading will be restored.

What realm were they on, the mage and paladin?

Where they in Classic Era or TBC/Vanilla Classic?

Did you activate them on Era or Classic TBC/Vanilla?

Do you have more than one Warcraft account? If so did you add time to the correct one to play the mage and paladin?
