Wow Classic TBC - All text blurry

Since i’ve updated to TBC all of the in game text has become blurry or distorted. This is how my support ticket to Blizzard looks in game (can’t post links here apparently) : https://i.imgur.com/aSvAdFW.png

Stuff like names or quests are downright unreadable. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions on how to solve it? I’m on a Macbook Pro with intel iris card and i’ve seen somewhere that this card has some issues with WOW. However, those issues looks nothing like this.

So far i’ve:

  • Reinstalled wow
  • Inactivated all addons
  • Updated my Mac OS X Version
  • Resetting interface by renaming cache, wtf and interface folders.
  • Configured the config.wtf file with "SET uiScaleMultiplier “1"”
  • Tried changing every graphic setting in game. The only thing that helps somewhat is having the UI scale set to max. The issue with the text is still there but as it is larger it becomes more readable. However, this makes the game unplayable since most of the screen is occupied with the UI.

I have a laptop with an Intel i7 gen 11 with iris xe graphics, and I have the exact same problem!

Please fix.

I just introduced WoW classic to my gf so we can try it out together, she is playing on a Lenovo Yoga laptop with Iris Xe graphics and she has exactly the same problem with distorted text!
We tried updating drivers, installing and replacing in-game fonts but nothing worked.
Please fix this, its been a while since people started reporting this problem…
