WoW Classy Guild Achievements Not Triggering

I’ve been working through the Classy guild achievements for the 8th bank tab.

This week I’ve hit level 70 on a Gnome Death Knight and a Gnome Hunter, neither have added to the Classy Gnomes guild achievement. However, my pre-existing level 70 Gnome Warlock and Mage still count.

Did the maximum level change to 80 behind the scenes already?
