I have problem with wow companion app. I dont see my characters after login. I have account wow classic and two wow1 and wow2. Need to login to wow2.
It’s worth noting that the WoW Companion App is for accounts that are upgraded with the Battle for Azeroth expansion. The app itself allows you to view things like world quests and interact with missions from the mission table but only content from the Battle for Azeroth expansion is available with it.
If your account is not upgraded with that expansion, that might explain the issue you are seeing. Also if your characters have not unlocked the mission table content and such it could cause characters to not be visible.
Should this not be the case for you though, try to uninstall and reinstall the app fully on your phone as that can fix the majority of issues. Fingers crossed it works for you too
