I’m getting the same thing on android. It’s the first thing that appears on screen after the Blizzard logo so you have no chance to log in, add an authenticator or anything. I have a new phone so thought that was the reason it wouldn’t let me in but am happy it’s not just me.
I don’t honestly know where to report phone app bugs …
I’m not having any issue on my end this morning, and am not seeing any mass reports of this issue so far. Could you try the troubleshooting for the WoW Companion app please?
Thank you, Yryadorne. I’ve just checked again and it let me ‘download assets’ which wasn’t happening yesterday, after which I had to sign in again and everything seems normal.
I guess we were trying to log in while the updates were being added.
