Wow companion app not working (fixed)

For weeks I could not log in to the wow companion app. Error message: «Character already logged in».

  • Tried deleting the app and reinstall in —> not
    working.
  • Tried resetting my blizzard password —> not working.
  • Tried yelling at it —> not working.
  • Tried turning off my phone and back on —> WORKING!

Maybe this can help if others have the same problem.

Just updated the app tonight, not working now was working fine before the update,
“You have been disconnected from the server”, all i get now.

I’ve been getting the same as Orlez all morning. Disconnecting every time, no matter which character I try. Please fix this Blizz (and update the app at the same time, it’s awful compared to the previous WoW apps you’ve released).

Android Companion App is not working, says “This account is already logged in”.

  • Tried Logging out and back in.
  • Tried restarting Android device.
  • Logged out of Blizzard and back in.
  • Reset my password.
  • All versions are the most up to date.

What the hell is going on, why is it so hard to get an app to work nowadays.

September 10, 2020 and no, it’s not fixed. Getting it every day few times and have to wait for 30–60 minutes to log in
