You can wrap links in backticks (`), to turn the link into preformatted text. But no, you can’t include clickable links, because people have used them to trick others into going to nefarious websites and get them infected with malware.

Hey Xtwoutief!
Unfortunately it appears that your ISP is automatically blocking route-testing on most of their nodes, so the results of the traceroute, pathping and Looking Glass (which is a “reverse MTR”) tests were pretty inconclusive across the board. From what little was captured it does appear that the most likely source of the problem may be within your local network at home - that’d also possibly explain why the ISP wasn’t able to see any direct issue from their end, as their tests typically only look at the route up to your modem (but not at what happens “behind” it).
Please give connecting the PC directly to the modem via ethernet cable a try, and if that is already the current setup please try replacing the cable (you’d want a type CAT6A or better). The delays measured between PC <-> modem are slightly higher than they should be, and while traceroute isn’t that reliable for diagnostic purposes this is at least something that is usually easily fixable.
