WoW crushes when retrieving charcter list

World of Warcraft crushes every time after login when retrieving character list (Access Violation Error - Memory could not be written).

Problem started out of the blue, in morning i could play, later today game start crushing.

I tried
delete battle.net cache,
delete Wow cache,
delete all addons,
scan and repair,
memory check

Nothing resolved problem.

Update:
When i deleted config file in WTF folder game started just fine, but when i checked Use UI Scale in graphic options, game crashed with same memory error as before and that is with no addOns installed.
So for some reason when i chech that option, game will crash.

The game has crashed. Not crushed. Car’s crash, tin cans get crushed.
