Just to be sure, are you talking about real stutter stutter or a small frametime spike?
Maybe upload a video if you can.
for me it started since 10.0 hit the live servers micro stutter.
I was following updating the original thread, and ye gave up.
they changed here and there but they never fixed it. We had lags when casting spells when shapeshifting even in empty places.

they made it better but it always came back worse, it was all over the place first in valdraken then other parts, judging by how diablo is going not really sure they are dedicating the enough amount of resources to wow anymore at all …
couldnt enjoy DF at all due to this
