Hi.
I haven’t patience to post in each topic about the same disconnect.
Blizzard do nothing to organise all the topics about the same disconnect issues into one.
So I post in the newest.
Today I made new investigation about this troubles.
And found that if I stay in some low populated location like Wetlands etc, it takes to game disconnect around 1 hr. - 2 hr.
From other hand If I straight join dungeon I get disconnect much quickly , around after 20-30 min.
It seems like data collected somewhere and when it reaches some limit I get disconnect.
I haven’t any clue how all this stuff works, just want to solve it.
Now more than ever the support team should be trying to solve this!
Still waiting on feedback!!

Hey there, sorry for the delay in responding to your thread.
Disconnection issues can be caused by many different factors and even though both of you are getting the same error code, you are likely impacted by different things.
For the OP (Primegodx), it would be helpful to know exactly what you have done so far to fix the issue. Also you should provide your system files so we can take a closer look at the system you are having issues with. Once you have the files created, copy them over to a website like Pastebin as then you can just include a link to the file in your response to this thread (use the </> button above the textbox)
As for you Anastezia, the fact you said your disconnect happens faster in a dungeon leads me to believe there is a massive amount of data and something can’t keep up so you get disconnected. This can often be sorted by refreshing your network connections which you can do by following the guide in full here.

Above I posted the windows error for 2 days. I did disable all services expcet fot he ones I use as some people reported it as a solve for this problem. Im running a acer nitro 5-54 and i have a 50 mb download / 10 upload wifi.
Thank you on the response LF to hearing some more feedback.

Without the complete system file, I can’t take much of a look here. From what you posted things look ok but there’s alot of missing information.
Please copy the system file you have created and paste it to a website like Pastebin and then provide a link to the complete file. That way it’ll make it easier for us to check into things more for you
i cant post links so the link will be the pastebin directory /kAdL2CcC
Thanks for coming back with that.
For the most part the system seems fine but I have noticed you have a couple of programs running that impact the hardware and connection. Make sure to close down all background programs before you next play World of Warcraft so that the only thing running before you hit the play button is the battle.net desktop app.
Specifically, any program that has Overclocking potential (if you have overclocked anything, reset it back to default) and any program that aids in downloads.
Apart from these programs the only other thing is the Windows error reports as they show alot of diag failures. Do make sure you are running the latest Windows updates including for Windows Defender as out of date operating systems can cause these types of errors. Hope that helps get rid of the disconnection issues you have
Im still getting these errors every day. I bought a vpn and still no fix can anyone explain this error or have a proper solution. Patience does have a limit imo.
