WOW error BLZ51901016

Please help me, today I have launched the game and once I joined a raid i got MS latency up to 1700 which is not normal, my internet connection is perfect and fps over 100. Game disconnected and got WOW5 error saying i was disconnected, then when i restart my router i cannot log in to the game and get above error BLZ, I have removed all addons, i followed your instructions from other multiple posts so please dont give me the same answer as none of it helped. my pc is brand new, my internet is super fast, i eventually got on and was questing and as soon i joined a dungeon i got lags like crazy and could not do anything in game but could still send messages on chat which were sent instantly. Please help me fix this in order for me to enjoy the game.

Somehow i am in, god knows for how long, everytime i travel somewhere my loading screen when going to another city, or when using portal takes at least 1 minute to load which never happened before as it usually loads within 5 seconds

Just to add I have been playing wow at least 8h a day since 3rd of October on daily basis, with same connection, same pc at the same place, so not sure why these errors occur only now, please help

Hi, Imbaheals! o/

I understand why you’d think that your internet connection is not at fault here, but what you are describing totally looks like a connection issue. Think about the internet like a road system. The road you follow to reach one place is not the same you follow to reach a different place, and therefore, while you may see there are no issues connecting to Google, for example, you may experience issues connecting to our servers without the issue being in the servers themselves. There are no other reports about this at the time, and connections seem stable on our end.

So, how to diagnose this? The best way to do it is getting a winMTR test. Keep it running for 5-10 minutes, not less. Once you have the results, post them here (to make it easy, use the preformated text option when copy-pasting the result here, the one that looks like this: </>). We’ll have a look and try to see if we can figure out what’s the source of the problem.

Of course, I’m assuming you already did the basic troubleshooting. If you didn’t do any of these steps, do that first.

Thank you but i doubt i have to go through this, my download speed is 114mb and upload 57, i have a perfectly stable connection and been exactly the same for the last 3 weeks as described, i had no issues in the last 3 weeks but only yesterday and today. I will do the test and get back to you. All of my main characters have been getting disconnected, now i made a new character just for fun and played until level 16 without any issue until i found a group for a dungeon in random search, then i got lag and disconnected.

So i ran it, game crashed before, and while playing and running this i had 2 long lags, and a huge delay on a loading screen, what funny is that MS (home and world) spiked up to 1600ms and i had 0 lag, lag only occured when it was at normal 30-50ms… please help

Hi Imbaheals

Looks like the WinMTR test didn’t get the info we need, normally it shows a bunch of lines with each step of the connection’s path from your PC and the game servers. Double-check that you had the right IP address entered when running the test, you can find them in the drop-down menu on the WinMTR guide to be sure that it’s getting relevant info. You can choose any one of the three WoW Europe IPs listed there
