Every few hours or so on WoW, my computer completely freezes and I am forced to force restart my computer. I cannot move anything.
Without knowing more about your setup it’s impossible to advise. Can you as a first course of action please post your system specs here.
Have you also tried disabling addons and an interface reset ? You can see how to do that here:

Complete freezes of the whole system (I guess your audio also goes into looping when that happen?) can’t usually be directly caused by an application and are indication that something is wrong with either the Operating System or the Hardware.
Since this seems to happen only after a “few hours” it is possible for it to be an heating related issue; I encourage you to start by following the overheating article here: https://battle.net/support/article/31363
