Is this really how the system is designed to work? Not every time, but say first time during my log in session, when I press G&C tab, WoW frezes for up to 5-8 sec with message “Lost connection to voice chat servise” “Restored connection to voice chat service”.
Is this happening to everyone? If so, how comes system is designed like this?

I get it all the time but not corresponding to doing anything particular.
Disconnects and reconnects to voice chat and freezes the game so much it just crashes and dc’s eventually. Been much worse whilst levelling in legion and now bfa too.
I’ve bug reported it and submitted a suggestion asking if we can just switch voice chat off completely.
Hey here’s some suggestions you can use discord and join some wow community servers and talk there or use teamspeak.Because in game voice chat is unreliable and glitches out sometimes.
I don’t use voice chat at all lol that’s why I want to be able to just switch it off completely, there is no option to though so it causes issues and has no purpose for me.
Oh sorry I thought you wanted to talk well then u can’t turn it off unless changing the game files to remove voice chat bur you can’t do that cause that would be illegal
