Balance
Developers’ notes: The cast time on Cyclone is too fast for enemy players to deal with, so we’re reducing its cast speed from Owlkin Adept and also reducing Precognition’s haste in Fractures in Time. Solar Beam’s duration lasting 8 seconds was an oversight, as it should have been reduced in the crowd control reduction pass in Embers of Neltharion.

Shadow

the changes to the action bar buttons - both the addition of the new gcd animation, as well as the new style of spell proc flash - they are horrendous. absolutely awful. stop forcing these sorts of changes down people’s throats. when you implement something like this, give people the option to disable it if we want. no one asked for your shiny new bs. focus on making a good game, instead of just focusing on useless aesthetics. there are so many bugs still in the game, how about you focus on fixing those, instead of annoying us with this nonsensical, forced flash. maybe if you paid a bit of attention to your community you would’ve already recognized your own shortsightedness with forcing the new ui on people. there’s even a classic ui addon with more than 125k downloads already. that should tell you everything you need to know. but with you people, I know it won’t. you just keep pushing on ahead, on to the next big thing, just doing w/e you like, not listening to your community. it’s pathetic.
