So “which” audience does Blizzard needs to cater to? The one which screams the loudest on the forums or other social media?

I’m just saying that it doesn’t seem like it’s going super great for Retail WoW right now. That’s my assessment. I’m sure Blizzard has their own assessment, and they are also the ones to make the decisions regarding the game. What they assess and what they decide or don’t decide isn’t for me to say. For the past year and a half, I’ve asked myself this almost every time I log in.
I really enjoyed my Elezen, I don’t get the hate they get. They do have giraffe necks 
but it’s not that difficult to work around that. I dunno, one of those puzzling things to me.
