Not even middle school level of writing. Imagine dragonball Z has better power scaling than wow. Even TBC has a horrific story, but shadowlands brought it to the next level of bad

Yeah, whatever geniuses have been writing the wow story should go back to marvel movies… guess it’s too late anyway → We are champions of azeroth, maw walkers, who killed a god from the afterlife, where all the souls of the dead go. Would have felt better, if they made shadowlands look like actual hell (diablo-like), or tartarus from greek mythology, but no… It had to be fairies. Ofc the maw was supposed to be like “styx”, but I mean… It was the worst possible way to implement the idea they had

That is the Dragonball Z formula. The new bad guy is the worst thing in the universe ever, until he’s been defeated then they deflate him a few levels, even give a redemption arc where they are now harmless or irrelevant, made to look pathetic.
Then they later bring them back for a nostalgia hit every now and then “member Frieza? ooh I member!” They become just another dude.

People still care about this? I thought people would of given up after the whole shallow personality handsome squidward looking villain we got and the fart cloud they turned Arthas into.
We killed the WoW killer and we are now trying to start with a blank slate and revitalise the game. Primalists are fine.
