So I saw WoW is 127GB on my hard drive. Is that normal? If not, how can I reduce it’s size?

That certainly is a big installation. There could be a lot of old files (patch data or old addons and such) that are taking up space. If it has been a while since you last installed World of Warcraft, I would suggest doing that. Uninstalling the current installation and doing a clean installation afterwards will ensure your World of Warcraft installation is as clean as possible (and as such, small in size). This will remove your addons as well, but will not impact your account or characters in any way.
