When is Item Restoration service working again? Havent been able to use it in a while now, just keep saying the items are “loading”?

I have the same problem the items are loading tried different browsers but that did not help on Chrome I let it for a while until i got memory exceeded error i tried different characters which i don’t frequently play and it worked there cause they don’t have such a big list of items (list of 43 pages was fine and i guess around 200 did not finish loading)
Having the same issues. Tried Opera, OperaGX, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. It loads like 7-8 regular items, then tries to load like 2-300 items with 0 info aside from when it was vendored, before the whole thing just crashes from “out of memory” issues. WHY was this service changed from only loading like 10-15 items at a time, PER PAGE into just ONE increasingly verbose page that when done loading THEN collapses into a list of pages?

Having the exact same issues are Solíne. Literally can’t get back my quest item without a ticket, tried all the browsers listed by them too.
Guess I’m at the mercy of GM response times for the forseeable future.
Days later the same thing is still happening. The worst part is that the filters don’t seem to do anything at all! I deliberately race to set all items to Quest because i know those would make the shortest list, but nope, it still shows a bunch of crafted leather shoulders being sold to the vendor before it goes OOM and crashes. Shouldn’t the filters take PRECEDENT???

Does this issue persist for you if you try to access the item restoration via a different internet connection?
That being said, we have been seeing reports of some issues here, and it is being looked into currently.
If you’ve not recently used the item restoration service and it’s not on cooldown, open a ticket explaining the problem and we’ll look into assisting if possible
