From a pure humanitarian standpoint when it comes to upholding justice and honor, I’d say Tirion wins as he was willing to be exiled from the Silver Hand before turning away help to someone in need, in this case an orc. Never once did he waver in his duties, even when his own son was cut down in front of him. He was wiling to unite races from the entire world under one banner to fight evil and he was entirely willing to shoulder the burden of becoming the new Lich King if Bolvar had not been there. Through and through I can’t think of a single point in time where Tirion even came close to forsaking the oaths and ideals he held after becoming a paladin.
